I created this brand to bring beauty through lashes and to provide each client with a calm, relaxed environment where they can feel at peace during their appointment. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policies before your appointment. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to your total service. No extra guests are allowed, and phones must be kept on silent to maintain a peaceful setting. Please arrive with no makeup, oils, or mascara, as unclean lashes will result in a $30 cleaning fee added to your service. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance—last-minute cancellations and no-shows will lead to being blocked from future bookings. Kindly note, absolutely no refunds will be issued. At Lavi Lashes by Dee, I undertsand that not everyonecan make it during the day,that's why I offer exclusive VIP After - Hours appointments Monday-Friday from 6pm-9pm. A $50 convenience fee will be added to any service booked during VIP hours.These policies are in place to respect your time, my time, and to provide the best lash experience possible.
